Sedum on top. Single ply underneath.
Our latest, on a new stone garage in Sheffield. Nobody lifts a green roof to hunt for a leak, so the Fatra PVC membrane underneath was electronically tested before a single plant went on.

The GRP roofs we strip off have cracked, leaked and failed. Often within 10–15 years.
Single ply membranes flex with the building, handle 40+ years of UK weather, and carry a 20-year manufacturer-backed warranty plus our own 20-year workmanship guarantee — both in writing. It's the same system used on Wembley, the Emirates, and the Google Data Centre.

- Heat-welded seams — no glue to give way
- 40+ year service life on a proper install
- BROOF(t4) fire-rated systems, vapour-controlled
