Do you work with FM contractors as a sub-contractor?
Yes — that's a growing part of our commercial book. We integrate with your existing CAFM workflow (Concerto, Concept Evolution, Maximo, FSI, MRI, etc.), respond to tickets, and feed back updates in the format you need.
What's your geographic coverage for FM work?
Core coverage: South Yorkshire, West Yorkshire, Greater Manchester, East Midlands, North East. We travel for the right account — we've worked as far as Oxford on capital projects. Multi-site accounts welcome.
Can you provide RAMS and method statements per ticket?
Yes — we have template RAMS covering the common job types (reactive repair, planned maintenance, capital install). Site-specific versions issued per job within 24 hours of award.
What insurance do you carry?
£10m public liability, £10m employer's liability and professional indemnity insurance. Certificates on file at contract setup; renewal certificates provided automatically.
Do you offer SLA-backed contracts?

Can you take on overflow / short-notice work?
