How much does a flat roof repair cost?
Most patch repairs are £250–£500. Larger repairs (multiple areas, scaffolding required) scale from there. We'll always tell you honestly whether repair is the right call or whether replacement makes more sense.
How quickly can you get out?
For active leaks in South Yorkshire we often visit same-day or next-day. Less urgent jobs scheduled within 5 working days.
Will the repair actually last?
On a roof with life left in it — yes. We use the same single-ply patches and welded seams we'd use on a new roof. A proper repair often outlasts the rest of the roof.
When is repair the wrong choice?
When the roof itself is at end of life. If the felt or GRP is brittle, blistered, or ponding everywhere, you're patching a sinking ship. We'll tell you straight if replacement is the right call.
Do you guarantee repairs?
Yes — a 12-month workmanship guarantee on the repair itself. Note this doesn't cover a different area of the same roof failing later.
Can you repair somebody else's install?
Yes. We repair single ply, felt, GRP, EPDM, asphalt — pretty much anything. Doesn't matter who fitted the original.
